Transparent pricing
The estimate is itemised line by line, with materials, works and our fee shown separately, and agreed before works start. Where the design allows, you get two or three options per item.
Approvals handled
We prepare the drawings and coordinate the NOC with the master developer and, depending on the scope, Dubai Municipality, DEWA and Civil Defence.

We walk through every room with you, close the snag list and hand over the space finished and clean.

What is the minimum project size?
Our custom projects start from AED 100,000. That can be the whole villa, one floor, or a single space such as the kitchen or the majlis.
How long does a villa renovation take?
It depends on the scope, the approvals the community needs and the joinery to be produced. After the site survey we give you a dated programme, not a guess.
Can you work with my own designer’s drawings?
Yes. Many clients come with a design from their interior designer or architect. We turn it into technical drawings, price it item by item and build it as drawn.
Do you work in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We work in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, with the same team and our own production in Dubai Investments Park.
